Campground Rules
Campground Guidelines & Information
We’ve established the following general campground guidelines to help ensure
your safety and your enjoyment while in our park · Pets must be on a leash or on your designated camping site, and must be cleaned up after
· Speed Limit is 15 mph
· Quiet time is from midnight to 6:00 AM
· Please do not transport firewood into the campground. Firewood is available for purchase at the store from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM
· Campfires in fire rings only
· Visitors are welcome and do not need to register with us
· There is no dump station available (Full hook-up sites include town water & sewer)
· There is a volleyball net set-up for guest use—if you need equipment please check out & return at the store
· There is mail service available for our long-term guests
· Please do not move picnic tables from their sites; if you must move, please return to original location
· Please be advised that if a yearly, seasonal, or monthly camper pulls in, you may be moved to a different site. You will be notified of any changes to your original reservation
· Seasonal and yearly lot renters must maintain their sites (including lawn care) & will be billed monthly for electric usage
· Yearly and seasonal campers must pay in full by May 31st
· Due to the discount provided, there will be no refunds for yearly, seasonal, or monthly lot payments
· There is a 48-hour cancellation policy for RV hook-ups and tent sites. You will be charged the full amount if after this time
· Due to the nature of our small business, we require a 7-day notice to cancel cabin reservations. You will be charged the full amount if not cancelled within this time. If we can rent out your cabin, you will not be charged.
· No Shows: Guests failing to contact us to cancel their reservation (within the required time listed above) will be considered a no show and subject to the same cancellation policies
· Campground guests can use the dumpster located behind the store from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM
· Showers are included in your stay. Please use the code on the front of this form to access the bathhouse
· Our campground is open from May 1st – October 15th
· The power and water will be shut off on October 31st
· The access roads are not plowed in the winter
· There is a $10 pet cleaning fee per cabin stay
· Two-night minimum stay on holidays/holiday weekends
· You will be liable for any damages to your rental cabin or lot
· We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, or damages to your personal property
· There are a few Wi-Fi signal boosters in the campground—you can connect to any of them or the main router

· Check-in time is 3:00 PM
· Check-out time is 11:00 AM — late checkouts can be accommodated with advanced notice & and an additional fee
· Staff are available at the store (715.774.3658) to assist you with any questions, concerns, or issues from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. After those hours, please contact 715.774.3511 or 715.292.1315 for assistance
Management reserves the right to refuse service, limit the length of stay and the number of persons or vehicles per site, and/or evict any person or party without refund. Staff are not allowed to work on RVs belonging to guests.
